Services to be Provided

Services that may be provided from Brazil:

1) Legal Advisory / Consultancy Services, comprising:

a) Analysis of legal and documentary aspects concerning business opportunities between Brazilian and Indian importers and exporters;

b) Advise on sales and purchases, import and exports, to cover legal requirements;

c) Contracts of purchase and sale, services agreements and others in connection with imports / exports;

d) Advise on and handling of opening up a company, a branch office, subsidiary or representative office in Brazil.

e) Visas for foreigners to work in Brazil;

f) Others, related directly or indirectly to above mentioned items.

2) Research on national laws and regulations, regarding import / export of
specified products; international quotations, price and terms of payment, etc, in conformity with international Foreign Trade rules in force;

3) Research on other costs, such as transport, insurance and freight, warehousing, taxes / customs duties, customs clearance and brokerage fees.

4) Introduction of Brazilian and Indian potential buyers and sellers, importers and exporters, support in negotiations and follow up of deals concluded or to be concluded among them.

5) Permanent or temporary services agreement to cover above items, partially or in full.

Note: Services fees and other terms and conditions can be established by mutual agreement, depending on the client's needs and on a case-by-case basis. Extending the same services to the Mercosur area (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay) and other Latin American countries is perfectly possible.
